Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Assist in developing and maintaining applications using Qt and QML for Ubuntu Touch.
Build simple, touch-friendly user interfaces following Lomiri UI guidelines.
Modify and enhance existing QML components.
Implement basic application logic and connect QML with backend components.

Learning & Support:

Learn Ubuntu Touch application architecture and best practices.• Work under guidance to fix bugs and implement small feature enhancements.
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from senior developers.
Testing & Debugging:
Test applications on Ubuntu Touch devices, tablets, and emulators.
Identify and report UI, functional, and performance issues.
Assist in regression testing after fixes or updates.

Open Source & Collaboration:

Use Git for version control and follow open-source contribution workflows.
Contribute to internal or public repositories under supervision.
Follow coding standards and documentation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills (Basic Level):
Basic knowledge of Qt Framework.
Understanding of QML and Qt Quick concepts.
Basic familiarity with C++, JS, and Python (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of Ubuntu Touch app development basics.
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system concepts.

Soft Skills:

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Basic problem-solving mindset.
Interest in open-source technologies.
