Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules and workflows related to various business processes.
Integrate and configure Odoo with third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
Troubleshoot, investigate, identify, and resolve issues related to Odoo functionalities.
Work in collaboration with the project coordinators & suppliers.
Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and ensure quality assurance of developed solutions.
Timely delivery of project/ module.
Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate data protection measures.
Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer with a focus on Odoo base modules.
Familiar with most of the core modules in Odoo.
Bachelor’s degree(or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules.
Promote and contribute to the open source community.
Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and tools related to Odoo development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective objectives.
Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
Odoo certification is an added advantage.
Passion for open source development. Understanding of OCA (Odoo Community Association) principles and guidelines. Contributions to OCA is a huge plus
